By using Arcetel Solutions’ website or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Arcetel Solutions provides:

• Web development
• Custom software development
• WhatsApp chatbots
• IoT solutions
• Web hosting
• Website and system maintenance
• Graphic design and branding

Service scope is defined per project or agreement.

2. Payments

• All prices are starting prices unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments may be required upfront or in milestones.
• Hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Hosting & Maintenance

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers.
• Clients are responsible for backups unless backup services are explicitly included.

4. Client Content & Responsibility

Clients:

• Own their content and data
• Are responsible for legality, accuracy, and compliance
• Must not use our services for illegal or harmful activities

Arcetel Solutions reserves the right to suspend services if misuse is detected.

5. Access & Security

• Clients must keep login credentials secure.
• We are not responsible for breaches caused by weak passwords or compromised client accounts.
• Access to systems is limited to service delivery purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

• Clients own their final delivered software or website once full payment is made.
• Arcetel Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arcetel Solutions is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or business
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services or client actions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Outstanding balances must be settled before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your operating jurisdiction.
